Castor Home Health Solutions is hiring an RN or LPN to provide private duty nursing care for young twins with G-tube care needs in the comfort of their home in Amboy, Illinois.

This full-time overnight opportunity allows you to build meaningful relationships with two children and their family while providing the nursing support they need throughout the night.

What You’ll Do

As the twins’ private duty nurse, you’ll provide skilled nursing care and overnight support to help them remain safely and comfortably at home.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Provide skilled nursing care for both children
• Administer G-tube feedings, medications, and flushes as ordered
• Provide G-tube site care and monitoring
• Monitor each child’s condition and vital signs
• Administer other medications and treatments as ordered
• Respond appropriately to changes in condition
• Follow each child’s individualized plan of care
• Communicate with the family and Castor clinical team
• Complete real-time nursing documentation during your shift

What You’ll Need

• Active Illinois RN or LPN license
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain
• Compassionate and dependable approach to care
• Interest in providing pediatric private duty nursing care

Previous private duty nursing experience isn’t required. Castor provides paid, hands-on training in G-tube care and each child’s specific needs so you feel confident and supported before working independently.
