Parts Advisor (Neepawa)

AgWest is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Parts Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert advice, and promoting, and selling agricultural parts to our customers. You will play a crucial role in maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring our clients have the parts they need to keep their operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Experience in agricultural parts sales or a similar customer service role is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of agricultural machinery and equipment, particularly AGCO or CLAAS products, is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with inventory management and parts ordering systems is an asset.
