Part Time Maintenance Person- Holiday Inn Express-Winchester

Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and repairs

Handle basis plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks

Maintain cleanliness of the property and surrounding grounds

Respond promptly to maintenance request

Ensure a safe and well-maintained environment

Requirements:

Previous maintenance preferred 

Ability to lift up to 50Ibs and work independently

Dependable, punctual, and detailed oriented
