Part Time Front Desk- Citizen House
Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and reliable Part-Time Front Desk Agent to join our team. This role is the first point of contact for guests and members, creating a welcoming and elevated experience from arrival to departure. The ideal candidate thrives in a hospitality-driven environment, has strong communication skills, and is passionate about delivering exceptional service. Open availability is strongly preferred, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities

Greet guests and members warmly upon arrival and provide a welcoming first impression

Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately

Answer phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries in a professional and timely manner

Provide information about hotel amenities, club services, events, and local recommendations

Assist members and guests with reservations, requests, and special accommodations

Coordinate with housekeeping, events, and management to ensure smooth operations

Maintain accurate guest records and process payments using POS and reservation systems

Support event operations when needed, including light event setup or guest coordination

Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and escalate issues when appropriate

Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area
Experience
-
Previous experience in hospitality, hotel front desk, concierge, or guest services preferred

Strong guest service and communication skills

Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment

Comfortable using reservation systems, POS systems, and basic computer programs

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Professional appearance and demeanor
