Job Description:

As an Overnight Front Desk Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our guests during the night shift. Your primary responsibilities will include managing guest check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations, and addressing guest inquiries and concerns. You will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience for our guests during their stay.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet guests warmly and provide outstanding customer service.

- Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently.

- Handle reservations and modifications using the hotel management system.

- Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.

- Prepare and balance nightly reports and cash handling.

- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction.

- Monitor security and safety protocols during overnight shifts.

- Assist with any other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality is a plus.

- Previous experience in a hotel front desk or customer service role preferred.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel management software (experience with [specific software] is a plus).

- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
