We are recruiting for a Full-Time (benefit eligible) Occupational Therapist to join our skilled pediatric team of professionals in Marlton, NJ!

Location- Split between Northfield, Nj and Marlton, NJ
POSITION SUMMARY:
- The Occupational Therapist is an integral member of the Interdisciplinary Team, responsible for the administration of appropriate treatment techniques and modalities for pediatric rehabilitation of children aged birth to 21
- Responsible for adherence to the scope and standards of practice as defined by the American Occupational Therapy Association
- Uses creativity, professional judgment, and problem solving techniques to achieve quality outcomes.
- Participates in patient and family teaching and works collaboratively with other disciplines.
- The OT plays an integral role in facilitating functional performance through the integration of physical skills, play based activities, social-emotional development, sensory processing, motor performance, and cognitive abilities.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
- MA/MS/MOT in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA accredited program
- NJ OT licensure or eligibility for licensure
- Professional post graduate pediatric experience required
- Experience with treating sensory processing disorders in an outpatient setting preferred
- Experience working with neurological and vestibular diagnoses preferred, however, willing to train
- CPR certification
- Strong organizational / time management skills
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work well as a team member
