is now driving our next phase of growth: the launch of a new, state-of-the-art
light pole manufacturing facility in Oklahoma City.
We are seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead this new operation from the ground up. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for establishing the culture, building the team, and executing the operational strategy that will define our success in the region. The right candidate will bring a balance of hands-on manufacturing expertise, disciplined operational leadership, and the ability to scale a facility while maintaining the standards that have defined our company for decades.

Key Responsibilities
Provide strong leadership and direction to plant operations, including production, maintenance, quality, and safety
Drive a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement
Ensure plant performance meets or exceeds targets for efficiency, cost, quality, and delivery
Develop, coach, and engage supervisors and frontline leaders
Implement and sustain standard operating procedures and best practices learned during initial training period
Partner with corporate and cross‑functional teams to align plant objectives with business goals
Manage plant budgets, staffing plans, and capital projects as needed
Ensure compliance with all regulatory, environmental, and company standards
Extensive travel will be required during the first year to support the successful launch of the new location.
Complete hands-on training at the Virginia facility
Learn company systems, production processes, and performance expectations
Build strong relationships with leadership and operations teams
Prepare for smooth transition to full plant leadership role in Oklahoma City
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
8 years of plant or manufacturing leadership experience; Plant Manager experience strongly preferred
Proven success leading teams in a manufacturing or industrial environment
Strong working knowledge of safety programs, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
