Office/Payroll Assistant

 

Permanent part-time position, 20 hours per week.

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

 

  • Completing data entry in a timely manner.
  • Assist with payroll accounting and invoicing.
  • Daily payroll entry may be required.
  • Assisting Controller as required.
  • General clerical duties.

 

 

 

Qualifications & Skills:

 

 

 

  • Strong data entry and computer skills with knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and Sage.
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills.
  • Strong administration and organizational skills.
  • Basic accounting/business math skills.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment where multitasking and prioritizing is required.
  • Require minimal supervision.

 

 

 

Education & Experience

 

 

 

  • College diploma or relevant experience
  • Previous office administration experience will be considered an asset
