Office/Payroll Assistant
Permanent part-time position, 20 hours per week.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Completing data entry in a timely manner.
- Assist with payroll accounting and invoicing.
- Daily payroll entry may be required.
- Assisting Controller as required.
- General clerical duties.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong data entry and computer skills with knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and Sage.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills.
- Strong administration and organizational skills.
- Basic accounting/business math skills.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment where multitasking and prioritizing is required.
- Require minimal supervision.
Education & Experience
- College diploma or relevant experience
- Previous office administration experience will be considered an asset
