We are currently seeking a Per Diem Occupational Therapist (OTR) to join our outpatient therapy team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated clinician seeking a flexible schedule in a collaborative and patient-centered environment.

- Provide occupational therapy services to help patients maximize functional independence and improve quality of life.
- Assess patient needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and modify interventions as appropriate.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers regarding treatment plans and home exercise programs.
- Consult with team members regarding occupational therapy interventions and recommendations.
- Monitor, document, and communicate patient progress and changes in status.
- Complete all required documentation in a timely manner.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Master's Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
- Valid New York State Occupational Therapist license.
- Strong organizational and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
