Key Responsibilities:

Provide individualized treatments to residents and clients that align with their needs, utilizing up-to-date therapeutic practices in accordance with Grand Traverse Pavilions’ clinical procedures.

Accurately document treatment plans, progress, and outcomes in compliance with regulatory, licensing, and accrediting requirements.

Collaborate seamlessly with the interdisciplinary care team to deliver holistic, person-centered care.

Engage in ongoing professional development and support the growth of your peers.
