Want to run your own building, and actually run it? A skilled nursing facility in Oak Grove, Louisiana is hiring a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead the operation. It's a permanent, full-time role in a close-knit Northeast Louisiana community where your leadership will be visible from day one.

This role is for an Administrator who's already sat in the big chair. You know census, budgets, surveys, and staffing, and you know how to keep all four moving in the right direction.

What You'll Do

• Oversee all facility operations: clinical, financial, and administrative
• Own the P&L, budgets, and census growth
• Lead survey readiness and compliance with state and federal regulations
• Recruit, retain, and develop department heads and staff
• Partner with the DON on quality outcomes and resident satisfaction
• Build relationships with hospitals, physicians, and referral sources in the community
• Serve as the face of the facility to residents, families, and staff

What You Need

• 2+ years of experience as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (Administrator of record). Assistant Administrator or AIT experience does not qualify.
• Active Louisiana Nursing Home Administrator license, or eligibility to get one
• Proven survey management experience
• Strong financial and census management skills
• A leadership style that builds stable teams

Nice to Have

• Experience in rural or small-community facilities
• Turnaround or census-building success
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Healthcare Administration or a related field
