• Lead all facility operations, including clinical, financial, admissions, and facility management
• Drive census growth and strengthen referral relationships with hospitals and community partners
• Keep the building survey-ready and compliant with federal and Florida regulations
• Manage budgets, labor costs, and overall financial performance
• Build and lead an engaged department head team

What You Need

• Active Florida Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a SNF Administrator in Florida
• Working knowledge of CMS regulations, state survey process, and Florida AHCA requirements
• Track record of managing census, staffing, and budgets
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
