The Nursing Assistant in Training is a temporary position to develop an employee to become a nursing assistant. The employee is trained to help assist on the floor with non-nursing duties and assist with meaningful activities for residents.
This role will last no more than four (4) months. During that four months, the NAiT will be expected to attend a NAR course and test out both written and skills through the State of Minnesota.
Aicota offers 4, 8 and 12 hour shifts so you can find a schedule that meets your needs.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Casual
Salary: $15.69 while going through online and competency training. $17+ once competency trained. $19.18 once certified!

Are you a student? We can work around your class schedule. Scholarship and tuition opportunities are also available for staff that are enrolled in an accredited nursing program.
Aicota offers onsite Nursing Assistant courses to help you begin your nursing career! Classes are at no expense to Aicota employees, and students will be paid for up to 40 hours of classroom time.
*Pay for previous experience in a long-term care setting will be considered for all applicants.
