Revised Personnel is currently seeking a dependable and hardworking Make-Ready Housekeeper for an apartment complex. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with the potential for long-term placement based on performance and attendance.

This position is responsible for preparing vacant apartment units for new residents by ensuring each unit is clean, organized, and move-in ready.

Job Duties Include:

• Cleaning vacant apartment units
• Sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
• Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, windows, and appliances
• Removing trash and debris from units
• Assisting maintenance staff with make-ready tasks as needed
• Ensuring units meet company cleanliness standards

Requirements:

• Previous housekeeping or apartment make-ready experience preferred
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Attention to detail and strong work ethic

Schedule: Full-Time / Part-Time Available
Pay: Competitive pay based on experience
