HVAC Certified Required | Temp-to-Perm Opportunity
Revised Personnel is currently seeking an experienced Lead Maintenance Technician for an apartment community. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity for a dependable candidate with strong leadership skills and HVAC certification.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily maintenance operations for the property
- Perform HVAC repairs and preventative maintenance
- Complete work orders in a timely manner
- Troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues
- Coordinate apartment make-readies and inspections
- Assist with emergency maintenance calls when needed
- Ensure property maintenance standards are met
Qualifications:
- HVAC Certification required
- Previous apartment maintenance experience required
- Lead or supervisory experience preferred
- Must have your own basic tools
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, drywall, and appliance repair
- Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
Schedule: Full-Time
