Revised Personnel is seeking motivated and dependable individuals for an Apartment Make-Ready Technician position at a local apartment community. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with the potential for permanent hire based on performance and attendance.

Job Responsibilities:

• Preparing vacant apartment units for new tenants

• Painting, cleaning, and basic repairs

• Trash removal and unit clean-out

• Assisting with maintenance and grounds duties as needed

• Ensuring units are move-in ready

Qualifications:

• Previous apartment make-ready or maintenance experience preferred

• Must have your own basic tools

• Ability to use hand and power tools safely

• Reliable transportation

• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently

Schedule: Full-Time
