New Business Development
PAYENTRY IS ACTIVELY SEEKING BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGERS WITHIN OUR B2B SALES DEPARTMENTS TO MARKET OUR COMPANY’S PRODUCTS AND SERVICES TO BUSINESSES. THIS POSITION IS RESPONSIBLE FOR IDENTIFYING NEW SMALL TO MEDIUM-SIZED CLIENTS USING DIRECT PROSPECTING EFFORTS AND NETWORKING. THIS ROLE REPRESENTS OUR SERVICES, SUCH AS PAYROLL SERVICES, TIME & ATTENDANCE TOOLS, HR SERVICES, INSURANCE, AND OTHER RELATED PRODUCTS , DIRECTLY TO EXECUTIVES, BUSINESS OWNERS, AND OTHER DECISION MAKERS OF COMPANIES.
JOB DUTIES:
Schedule and run appointments and presentations with final decision makers and close sales
Cold call small to medium-sized businesses to schedule meetings and demos
Network with business owners and grow sales through referrals
Build relationships with CPAs and direct referral partners
Remain current and knowledgeable of company products, services, and pricing
Other related duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
2+ years of B2B sales experience/ Medium to High Sales Experience
Cold calling sales ability and an assertive and positive sales technique
A valid driver's license, access to your own vehicle, proof of auto insurance with a clean driving record, and a background check with acceptable results required
The ability to overcome obstacles and objections to achieve sales goals
Strong CRM system skills and understanding of spreadsheet software
Excellent social, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
High School Diploma or GED or equivalent industry experience
