We’re hiring W-2 Remote Therapists to join our dedicated team committed to healing, equity, and client-centered care.
Position Overview
We are seeking licensed or associate-level therapists to provide virtual outpatient therapy to children, adolescents, and adults. As a W-2 employee, you’ll receive flexible scheduling, tiered compensation, clinical support, and access to select employee benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide psychotherapy (ages 10+) using evidence-based and culturally competent methods
- Conduct Comprehensive Clinical Assessments (CCAs) and develop person-centered treatment plans
- Document sessions and assessments in our EHR (SimplePractice)
- Attend required monthly team meetings and monthly 1:1 clinical case reviews
- Participate in clinical supervision if associate-licensed
- Follow all compliance, ethical, and documentation standards per NC Medicaid, NC DHHS, and internal policy
Minimum Requirements
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field
- Active North Carolina license (LCMHC, LCSW, LMFT, LCAS) or associate license (LCMHCA, LCSWA, etc.)
- Must be enrolled in NCTracks or eligible and willing to complete enrollment
- Must be able to obtain credentials with commercial insurance panels and NC Medicaid
- Strong documentation skills and ability to work independently within deadlines
- Must pass background check
Compensation (Tiered Pay | Biweekly)
- Session Pay:
- 1–5 clients/week → $25/session
- 6–10 clients/week → $30/session
- 11–15 clients/week → $35/session
- 16+ clients/week → $40/session
- CCA & Treatment Plan:
- $35–$40 per completed assessment
- Pay Example:
- 10 clients/week = $690 biweekly
- 20 clients/week = $1,300 biweekly
- Bonuses available for 20+ sessions/week with full compliance

Productivity Expectations
To remain active and in good standing:
- Maintain a minimum of 10 billable sessions per week
- Remain open for client assignments and assessments
- Submit timely documentation (24 hrs for notes; 72 hrs for CCAs)
- Attend required meetings and participate in team communication
