Freedom Boat Club is the world’s largest members-only boat club, with 400+ locations in the U.S., Canada, Europe, and beyond. We take the hassle out of boating, offering our members unlimited access to a fleet of boats without the need for ownership. As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a driven Membership Executive to help expand our boating family at Freedom Boat Club of North Texas!
What You'll Do
As a Membership Executive, you’ll be the face of the Freedom Boat Club experience. You’ll drive new member enrollment by:
- Using the CRM to track, analyze and contact sales leads and report on sales metrics
- Generating and qualifying leads through outreach, local networking, and event participation
- Hosting tours, demos, and one-on-one consultations to showcase club benefits
- Educating prospects on membership options, pricing, and value
- Closing sales and onboarding new members with a high level of professionalism and enthusiasm
- Collaborating with the dock and operations teams to ensure a smooth new member experience
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or membership-based sales roles
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Passion for boating or outdoor recreation is a plus
- Self-motivated with a goal-driven mindset
- Available to work weekends, holidays and attend local events as needed
- Valid driver’s license
