Job Responsibilities:
As a Maintenance III Technician, you will:
🛠️ Ensure Comfort Year-Round – Install, troubleshoot, repair, and
maintain HVAC systems across the campus.
⚡ Use Your Electrical Expertise – Perform electrical repairs and
installations in accordance with safety and compliance standards.
🏢 Support Building Operations – Assist in the upkeep of mechanical
systems, preventative maintenance, and emergency repairs.
✅ Work Independently & Collaboratively – Complete work orders,
document repairs, and communicate effectively with the team.
Qualifications:
✔ HVAC and electrical maintenance experience
✔ Knowledgeable of HVAC systems, diagnostics, and repairs preferred.
