Maintenance Engineer

The maintenance engineer is responsible for providing an attractive, clean, safe, and well-maintained property, using a systematic approach that maximizes guest satisfaction and properly controls labor and materials utilized.
We are in search of qualified candidates who can excel at the following:
∙ Always maintain a professional appearance
∙ Maintain and repair the interior/exterior of the building, guest rooms, meeting rooms, laundry, lighting, HVAC, ventilation, water treatment systems and swimming pool.
∙ Inspect all operating systems and components of the hotel.
∙ Address and resolve guest complaints in a timely manner.
∙ Maintain a clean and organized maintenance shop.
∙ Perform preventative maintenance on all mechanical/electrical equipment, HVAC units, refrigeration, plumbing systems and guest rooms.
∙ Maintain cleanliness of hotel grounds.
∙ Assist with hotel security.
∙ Maintain accurate maintenance records.
∙ Inform management of hazardous situations, emergencies, or security threats.
