Loyalhanna Care Center is a 120-bed skilled nursing facility located in Latrobe, PA. Our goal is to assist each resident to achieve the highest degree of independence through the provision of quality resident care, in a healthy, safe and comfortable environment. 

LPN’s are responsible for performing selected nursing care under the direction of a registered nurse. By providing skilled nursing care to residents as directed by the registered nurse and physician’s plan of care in accordance with agency policies. The LPN helps to achieve and maintain continuity of resident care by assisting in planning and exchanging information with other health professionals. Also by preparing clinical progress notes and follows resident care plans as developed by the registered nurse and according to agency policy.
