Qualifications:

• Active NYS LPN license in good standing
• Long-term care experience strongly preferred
• Medication administration experience
• Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills
• Dependable attendance and professionalism
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility for various shifts is a plus
