About the Role

As a Line Cook at Chula Seafood, you’ll work alongside our culinary team to execute our chef-driven menu with consistency, quality, and attention to detail.

From prep and station setup to working the line during a busy service, you’ll be part of a kitchen that values great food, clean execution, teamwork, and respect for the product.

This is a hands-on position with more fresh seafood than you’ll know what to do with.

What We’re Looking For

• AM & PM availability
• Full-time and part-time opportunities
• 1+ year of line cook or similar kitchen experience preferred
• Experience in a fast-paced or high-volume kitchen
• Strong knife skills are a plus
• Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Ability to work clean and efficiently during busy service
• Positive attitude and team-first mentality
• Eager to learn, take feedback, and grow
• Seafood experience is a plus, but not required — we’ll teach you the fish!

What You’ll Do

• Prep and execute Chula’s established menu with consistency and care
• Set up and maintain a clean, organized station
• Work efficiently alongside the culinary team during service
• Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and safety standards
• Assist with prep, breakdown, cleaning, and closing responsibilities
• Learn about seafood, fabrication, preparation, and the products we work with every day
• Bring urgency, accountability, and positive energy to every shift

Chula Seafood is a family-owned, Arizona-grown seafood company founded in 2015 with a mission to bring responsibly sourced, high-quality seafood to the desert.

Our South Scottsdale restaurant opened in 2016 as the very first Chula Seafood location, and nearly a decade later, it remains an important part of who we are and where our story began.

We operate our own seafood processing facility on the docks in Point Loma, California, giving our culinary teams incredible access to fresh seafood and a deeper connection to the product they work with every day.
