Join the Payentry Team! We are actively looking for a Licensed Retirement Plan Advisor to join our retirement plan benefits  team. This role would serve as the primary consultant for our clients, managing the health and compliance of their 401(k) plans while providing one-on-one financial education to their employees. This role balances relationship management, regulatory oversight, and business development.

What do you need?

• Licensing: Active Series 65 or 66 (or Series 7 and 63) is required.

• 2-5 years of experience in retirement plan services or financial advising roles.

• Deep understanding of ERISA regulations, 401(k) compliance, and fiduciary standards.

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Ability to meet strict deadlines and work independently.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

• Excellent attention to detail and communication (written and verbal) skills.

• Excellent troubleshooting/ problem-solving skills

• Professional other certifications (PHR, CRPS, AIF) are a plus.

What will you do?

• Serve as the plan advisor for clients and advise on plan design, investment selection, and 

fiduciary responsibilities.

• Act as the main point of contact for plan sponsors to ensure high retention and satisfaction.

• Identify growth opportunities for the firm.

• Conduct employee education sessions and enrollment meetings as well as individual retirement 

readiness sessions as needed. 

• Monitor plan testing and assist with annual filings and CMS disclosures.

• Assist with preparing the required reports and with audits.

• Other duties as assigned.
