Shifts: 6:00am-2:30pm / 2:15pm-10:45pm / 10:30pm-7:00am
Days: Can choose one weekday
Weekends: Every Weekend
Location: 1218 State Street, Black Earth, WI 53515
Compensation: $33.00-$36.00 per hour
Sign-on Bonus: up to $10,000 (full time)
Your Role in the Organization
The primary purpose of the job position is to provide direct nursing care to the residents, and to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants. Qualifications:
Must have a valid unencumbered nursing license. Must have valid CPR/BLS certification or be willing to obtain during orientation.
Essential Elements of your Job
- Lead and support all functions related to quality for care for our residences.
- Direct the day-to-day functions of the nursing assistants.
- Participate in facility surveys (inspections) made by authorized government agencies.
- Complete processes and paperwork related to Admission, transfer and discharge of our residents.
- Receive telephone orders from physicians and record on the Physician's Order Form. Transcribe physician's orders to resident charts, medication records treatment/care plans, as required.
- Chart nurse's notes in an informative and descriptive manner that reflects the care provided to the resident, as well as the resident's response to the care.
