Licensed Practical Nurse - (LPN) - Evening

Green Hill Rehab and Nursing Care Center is seeking License Practical Nurses (L.P.N.) Fulltime to join our dynamic organization. 

OVERVIEW:

Under the leadership of the Registered Nurse, the LPN will be providing coordinated care to residents in a skilled nursing facility. 

JOB DUTIES: 

• Care Plans
• Assists the attending physician 
• Transcribes, documents and implements physician's orders
• Contacts the resident's physician and family 
• Medication Pass, Treatments, and other  medical necessities 
• Responsible for completing required routine documentation

REQUIREMENTS

• Practical Nurse licensed in the State of New Jersey
• 1+  year of education or experience in geriatric nursing or rehabilitation preferred
• Knowledge of nursing theory and practice, including the administration of medications
• CPR certified
