As an LPN at Ayers, you’ll deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care to our residents while supporting a safe, dignified, and comfortable environment. You’ll collaborate with RNs, CNAs, therapists, and providers to ensure great outcomes and great experiences.

• Perform assessments and ongoing monitoring; document accurately in PCC (EMR)

• Administer medications and treatments

• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges; complete required documentation

• Communicate with residents and families; provide updates and education as needed

• Promote infection control and resident safety; respond to changes in condition

• Support care plan development and interdisciplinary coordination

• Provide guidance to CNAs; foster a positive, team-first culture

• Active Florida LPN license in good standing

• Long-term care/SNF experience preferred (new grads welcome to apply)

• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and time-management skills

• Reliability, compassion, and a commitment to resident-centered care

• Ability to work 12-hour shifts (day or night) and every other weekend/holidays as scheduled
