We are excited to add a brand-new role to our organization: Leadership & Development Specialist. This position was created to help us elevate training, strengthen leadership development, and create exceptional employee experiences as we continue expanding our organization.

You’ll help shape the future of leadership development at Forest Area FCU by:
- Building impactful onboarding experiences
- Designing engaging learning programs
- Supporting emerging leaders and management teams
- Influencing company culture and employee growth
- Partnering directly with leadership on organizational development initiatives
You’ll have the opportunity to create meaningful learning experiences that directly impact employees across the organization.
What You’ll Be Doing- Designing and delivering training programs
- Facilitating leadership development workshops
- Leading onboarding and employee development initiatives
- Collaborating with HR and leadership teams
- Evaluating and improving training effectiveness
- Creating learning resources and development materials
- Supporting performance management initiatives
- Assisting with payroll backup functions as needed
- 3–5 years of related experience in training, leadership development, HR, coaching, or employee development
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills
- Ability to motivate and influence others
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- A self-starter who enjoys building programs and improving processes
- Someone who thrives in a collaborative, people-focused culture
