As a Lawn Maintenance Crew Lead (Driver), you'll oversee a lawn maintenance crew responsible for maintaining residential and commercial properties throughout the Louisville area. You'll work alongside your team while ensuring jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to Turf Tech standards.

• Lead and supervise a crew of 2–4 lawn maintenance team members
• Safely operate a company truck and trailer
• Manage daily routes and ensure jobs are completed on schedule
• Train and mentor crew members on proper techniques, efficiency, and safety
• Maintain quality standards across residential and commercial properties
• Perform trimming, edging, blowing, and general lawn maintenance services alongside your crew
• Conduct daily inspections of vehicles, trailers, and equipment
• Ensure all crew members follow company safety procedures and PPE requirements
• Communicate with the operations team regarding route progress, property concerns, and customer requests
• Maintain a professional appearance and attitude while representing Turf Tech
• Help develop future crew leaders within the company

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Previous lawn maintenance or landscaping experience
• Previous crew lead, supervisory, or leadership experience preferred
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to safely operate or learn to operate a truck and trailer combination
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Dependable transportation to and from work
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor
• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to lead by example
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
