Landscape Foreman
ND Landscape Services has been providing Full-Service
Landscaping for clients in the North Shore and Metro North area since 1980. We
are seeking to hire Landscape Foremen who will lead a crew, while providing
comprehensive landscaping services to our residential and commercial client
base. Landscape Foremen both follow and provide instructions, are keen
problem-solvers, and possess excellent communication skills.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE
- Lead and coordinate crewmembers to ensure properties are well-maintained and that crews are demonstrating proper use of tools and proper allocation of resources.
- Ensure all crewmembers obey health and safety regulations at all times.
- Train new hires and existing crewmembers as needed or required.
- Work within a crew to provide seasonal services in a timely manner to ensure our customers’ properties look beautiful, clean, and welcoming. Services may include spring/fall clean-ups, mowing, planting, pruning, weeding and more!

WHAT IT TAKES
- Foreman/Crew Leader experience within landscaping or a similar industry
- Valid Driver’s License
- Able to follow and provide instructions to crewmembers and offer training and guidance
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills
- Consistent and reliable attendance
- Able to work long hours as needed and in a variety of weather conditions
- Able to perform the physical requirements of the position (e.g., walk, lift, bend, push, pull, etc.)
- 3+ years of landscaping experience is preferred
