Laborers

General Laborers are needed in the Avondale area for long term work project.  Qualified candidate must be able to work 12 hours day, 7 days per week.  Day and Night shifts are available.  

Sets up and operates material handling equipment such as power winch, grain trimmer, lift trucks to transfer cargo into or from the hole of ships and around dock area.   Must have training in this area of specialty with 1-3 years of experience.  Being a Stevedore is familiar with standard concepts, practices and procedures within a particular field.  Stevedores performs a variety of tasks.  Works in groups under the direction of a supervisors.
