Kitchen Staff - Rotating locations

Location: Grand Rapids, Saugatuck, Rockford

At The Mitten Brewing, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional beer and pizza experiences throughout Michigan. We’re seeking enthusiastic, outgoing, hard-working candidates to join our Kitchen team. This position involves rotating between our Grand Rapids, Saugatuck, and Rockford locations, with the majority of their time spent at our Grand Rapids location. Ideal candidates will demonstrate flexibility and a strong commitment to teamwork.

And would like to perform the following duties:

Duties: 

• Utilize exemplary communication and problem-solving skills

• Understand food safety and kitchen safety guidelines

• Work closely with teammates creating pizzas, appetizers, and pizza flights.

• Keep up with ticket times while properly communicating

• Run the dish machine and keep the dish pit neat and organized

• Transporting dough and kegs from our main Grand Rapids location with the company van
