Full-Time Kitchen Dishwasher - Moxy Charlotte Hotel

Introduction:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher/Busser to join our team at our busy restaurant. The Dishwasher/Busser will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dining room, including setting and clearing tables, washing dishes, and ensuring that all areas are well-stocked and presentable at all times. The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Set and clear tables, including setting up tableware, condiments, and other amenities

• Wash dishes and clean kitchen equipment as needed

• Stock supplies, such as linens, napkins, and glassware

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, including sweeping and mopping floors

• Assist servers with refilling drinks and bringing out food orders

• Handle customer complaints and concerns with grace and professionalism

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a busser or in a similar role is preferred

• Strong work ethic and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)

• Ability to stand for long periods of time

• Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus
