Job Responsibilities:

As an Intervention Specialist at Morgan Education Services, your primary responsibilities will include:

IEP Implementation: Implement IEP goals and objectives to support students with Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).

Progress Tracking: Track and document progress on IEP goals and objectives, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.

IEP Development: Collaborate with teaching staff to assist in the development of new IEP goals and objectives, tailored to each student's unique needs.

IEP Meetings: Attend IEP meetings to provide valuable insights and updates on student progress and intervention strategies.

Student Support: Offer individualized support to students with IEPs, helping them achieve academic and personal growth.

Collaboration: Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and support staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive environment for students with special needs.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field.

Valid intervention specialist license or ability to obtain one

Previous experience working with students with IEPs.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Dedication to the academic and personal growth of students with special needs.

Ability to adapt interventions to meet the diverse needs of students.

Organized and detail-oriented.
