Job Type: Full-Time | Hourly ($28–$35/hr, Based on Experience)

Description:
We’re looking for an experienced and motivated HVAC Installer Lead to join our growing team in Colorado Springs. If you have at least 4 years of HVAC installation experience and a strong leadership mindset, this is a great opportunity to grow with a company that values quality, reliability, and hard work.

Compensation:

• $28–$35 per hour, depending on experience

• Paid weekly

Requirements:
