If you're a dedicated HVAC enthusiast with a knack for brightening a customer's day, we invite you to consider joining us as a Customer Support Specialist. In this role, you will engage with customers through various channels, including calls, emails, online orders, and in-store visits. Additionally, you'll stay informed about the latest products, inventory, and industry trends through ongoing training, online courses, catalog reviews, and collaborative knowledge-sharing with colleagues and factory representatives.

Responsibilities: 

Order Management: Efficiently handle sales orders, returns, and warranties.

Customer Support: Assist customers with product selections and technical inquiries, offering alternatives as needed.

Pricing Accuracy: Ensure all pricing is accurate and managed effectively.

Product Research: Investigate products using catalogs, websites, and industry resources.

Customer Engagement: Promptly follow up on customer requests to foster strong relationships.

Lead Generation: Identify potential sales leads for the team.

Showroom Maintenance: Ensure the showroom is visually appealing and well-organized.

Continuous Learning: Stay informed about HVAC products and industry trends.

Record Keeping: Maintain organized records and manage transactions seamlessly.

       Professional Greeting: Provide warm, professional service to callers and in-store visitors, managing multiple customers efficiently. 

·         You've got 5 years of HVAC Sales experience.

·         High school diploma or GED, plus related experience or training.

·         You're an HVAC expert inside and out.

·         Friendly and great with customers.

·         Team player with excellent multitasking skills.
