HR Services Consultant

We are looking for an HR Services Consultant to join our rapidly growing team! 

As an HR Consultant, you'll take a proactive approach to client success, reaching out to small and medium-sized businesses across the United States with guidance on HR and compliance challenges before they become problems. Using our internal data to spot trends and risks across the client base, you'll deliver hands-on, practical support tailored to each business. As you build trusted relationships with clients, you'll also identify opportunities where our broader suite of services can help them grow, creating new leads for the organization.

What you'll do:

• Assist Payentry clients by helping them identify HR compliance issues that may be upcoming or they have already developed.
• Provide guidance to our clients on resolving those compliance issues.
• Develop qualified leads for our sales team as the consultant further develops client relationships.
• Respond to client queries through our internal system, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation and HR trends at the Federal/State/Local levels.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams, including payroll, retirement, and insurance, to deliver seamless HR support.

What you bring to the table:

• Bachelor's degree or can substitute 7 years HR experience
• 5 years of HR experience, experience in multi-client consulting preferred.
• HR Certification: PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP or similar certification.
• Excellent organization, communication, and customer service skills; with the ability to explain HR concepts clearly
• Intuitive troubleshooting/problem resolution skills
• Ability to work independently while still being team oriented
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining deadlines
• Ability to use prudent judgment and discretion in handling confidential client information
