What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll be the person who keeps HR on track day-to-day. You’ll coordinate processes, monitor deadlines, follow up with leaders and employees, and ensure everything is completed accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily HR activities including onboarding, employee communications, and HR inquiries
- Manage the HR inbox and respond to routine questions, escalating when needed
- Prepare offer letters, background checks, and onboarding documentation
- Maintain accurate, organized, and audit-ready employee records
- Track and monitor:
- Performance reviews
- Training completion
- Leave and attendance (including ESTA tracking)
- Compliance deadlines and required documentation
- Follow up with managers and employees to ensure timely completion of required actions
- Identify overdue items and proactively keep things moving
- Escalate delays, risks, or recurring issues appropriately
- Coordinate recruiting logistics including scheduling and candidate communication
- Support onboarding from offer through first 90 days
- Help ensure a consistent and positive new hire experience
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives and HR program coordination

Qualifications
- 2–3 years of HR administrative, or related experience preferred
- Experience supporting HR processes, tracking, or coordination is a plus
- Associate’s degree or equivalent experience required (Bachelor’s preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and HR systems
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
