Houseman/Porter
- Perform general cleaning and maintenance of the facility, including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, polishing, and scrubbing
- Perform minor repairs such as fix leaky faucets, replace light bulbs, and unclog toilets
- Ensure all facility areas are clean and safe for residents and visitors
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of furniture, equipment, and other materials for events
- Monitor and replenish supplies such as cleaning products, paper towels, and toilet paper
