Houseman / Lobby Attendant

Introduction:

We are seeking a reliable and efficient Housemanr to join our team and ensure that our facilities are clean and well-maintained. The Housemanr will be responsible for cleaning  common areas, and other areas of the facilityThe successful candidate will have strong attention to detail and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Multiple shifts per week at the hours of:

8am to 1pm

5pm to 10pm

Responsibilities:

• Clean common areas, including dusting, vacuuming, garbage removal and other cleaning tasks

• Cleaning of outside public areas and pool.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate team members

• Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
