Pinnacle Lifestyles is looking for Housekeeping Team Member to join our team at Revelstoke RV & Cabin Resort for the summer camping season. This role blends guest services and housekeeping, offering a hands-on, engaging position where no two days look the same.
As a Guest Experience Team Member, you’ll be a key part of our onsite team—welcoming guests, supporting resort operations, keeping accommodations and common areas looking their best, and helping create the warm, relaxed atmosphere that keeps guests coming back year after year.
This is a seasonal position running from May to September, with both full-time and part-time opportunities available. As a summer resort, weekend and holiday availability is required.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll split your time between guest-facing and behind-the-scenes responsibilities, making this a perfect role for someone who enjoys staying active, meeting new people, and taking pride in their work.
Tasks include but are not limited to:
- Cleaning and preparing rental cabins, suites, and washrooms to Pinnacle Lifestyles standards.
- Vacuuming and mopping floors, changing and replenishing bed linens and towels, and restocking guest amenities
- Cleaning shared resort facilities such as the store, main building, laundry areas, and outdoor washing stations
- Removing waste and recycling and replacing liners as needed
- Completing periodic deep cleaning of accommodations and facilities
- Using cleaning products and chemicals safely and according to proper procedures
- Reporting maintenance issues or damages so they can be addressed quickly
- Assisting guests with basic questions and providing friendly, helpful service when encountered on property
- Working closely with the resort team to ensure accommodations are guest-ready and standards are maintained
- Maintain a clean, welcoming environment across shared guest space
- Pitching in wherever needed to help keep the resort looking its best

The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience (preferred not required)
- A strong eye for detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Good time management and the ability to work efficiently during busy turnover days
- A positive, team-oriented attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliability, flexibility, and the ability to adapt in fast-paced environment
- The ability to stand, bend, live and move for extended periods during shifts.
- Comfort working in a resort environment that includes both indoors and outdoor tasks.
- An appreciation for the outdoors and helping guests enjoy their stay.
