Housekeeper

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and order within our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff alike. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to uphold high standards of cleanliness.
• Conduct floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces.
• Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and properly maintained.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Assist with laundry services as needed, including washing, drying, and folding linens.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest requests or concerns in a friendly manner.

Skills

• Proven experience in cleaning and housekeeping roles is preferred.
• Familiarity with floor care techniques and equipment is essential.
• Previous hotel or hospitality experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of janitorial practices and industrial cleaning methods is beneficial.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes.
