What You'll Do

• Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms, hallways, restrooms, and common areas to meet health and safety standards
• Perform housekeeping duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces
• Sanitize high-touch areas to support infection control and resident safety
• Remove trash, recyclables, and waste according to facility procedures
• Restock housekeeping supplies and ensure cleaning equipment is maintained properly
• Identify and report maintenance or safety concerns to ensure a safe environment
• Follow all facility policies, safety procedures, and infection control guidelines
• Work collaboratively with team members to maintain a welcoming and comfortable community

What You'll Need

• Previous housekeeping, custodial, or environmental services experience preferred but not required
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, punctual, and strong work ethic
• Ability to perform physical duties including standing, bending, lifting, and moving throughout the workday
