As a Host or Hostess, you'll be one of the first people our guests meet, helping create a warm welcome and memorable dining experience. With thousands of guests visiting on our busiest days, our Host Team plays an important role in keeping our dining rooms running smoothly.

HOURLY WAGE: Starting at $16.50/hr, based on experience

PART TIME: 16–35 hrs/wk

SHIFT EXAMPLES: 9:30am–4pm; 12pm–7pm/9pm; 4pm–Close

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Welcome and seat guests with friendly, professional service.

Coordinate seating arrangements, reservations, and guest flow throughout our dining rooms.

Communicate with servers, managers, and fellow team members to ensure smooth dining room operations.

Assist with large groups, waitlists, and special guest requests.

Bus, clean, and reset tables to maintain a welcoming dining environment.

Stay organized and composed while managing multiple priorities during busy shifts.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

Experience: Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, restaurants, retail, or other customer-facing roles preferred.

Communication: Friendly, professional, and comfortable interacting with guests and coworkers.

Organization: Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a busy environment.

Dependability: Reliable, punctual, and available to work weekends and holidays.

Physical Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and comfortable standing/walking for shifts of 8+ hours.

UNIFORM / COSTUME:

Our Host Team wears traditional Bavarian attire as part of the guest experience. Two costume styles are available:

Dirndl Costume: Dirndl, blouse, apron, and flower halo provided. Team members supply slip-resistant shoes.

Vest Costume: Vest, tie, and hat provided. Team members supply black dress slacks, a white collared button-down dress shirt, and slip-resistant shoes.
