A skilled nursing facility in Brandon, FL needs a Hospital Liaison who can turn hospital relationships into admissions. Out in the field, building referral sources and filling beds is the job.

What you’ll do

• Build and grow referral relationships with area hospitals, case managers, discharge planners, and physician groups
• Drive census by turning referrals into admissions
• Be the face of the facility at hospital rounds, meetings, and community events
• Track your referral sources and follow up before the competition does
• Work with admissions and clinical teams so referrals convert smoothly

What we’re looking for

• Existing relationships with hospitals in the Brandon and greater Tampa Bay market (this is the big one)
• Skilled nursing facility experience, in marketing, admissions, business development, or a clinical role
• A track record of growing census or referral volume
• A self-starter who doesn’t wait for referrals to show up
• Reliable transportation and comfort working in the field
