Hopkinton Seasonal Summer Position - Head Lifeguard

The Town of Hopkinton, Parks and Recreation Department, is seeking a Seasonal Summer Head Lifeguard.

The various Seasonal Summer programs provide a fun, engaging, and safe environment for residents who enroll. Activities will feature a variety of outdoor and indoor summertime activities for kids.

Head Lifeguard:

The Head Lifeguard oversees daily operations at Sandy Beach Park, ensuring the safety of swimmers and leading the lifeguard team. Responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating schedules, maintaining safety standards, responding to emergencies, and enforcing park rules. The role also involves keeping the beach area clean and organized while serving as a shift point of contact for both staff and visitors.

Hourly Pay Range: $20.64 to $24.32 (Dependent on qualifications)
