Job Description:
We are seeking a caring and reliable Home Health Aide (HHA) to assist clients with daily living activities and personal care in their homes. The ideal candidate is compassionate, dependable, and committed to improving the quality of life for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, grooming, and hygiene

• Help with mobility and light exercises as prescribed

• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed

• Perform light housekeeping duties related to client care

• Monitor and report changes in clients’ health or behavior

• Provide companionship and emotional support

• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided

Qualifications:

• Current Home Health Aide (HHA) certification in Ohio

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes in Columbus

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Compassionate, patient, and professional demeanor
