Position Overview: We are seeking experienced banquet servers to work on a regular basis for our high-end events. As a banquet server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our events by providing exceptional service to our discerning clientele. This position is on-call, allowing you the flexibility to pick and choose when you want to work.

Responsibilities:

• Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and courteous manner
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly and efficiently
• Clear tables and maintain cleanliness in the banquet area throughout the event
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages
• Work closely with the event coordinator and other staff to ensure seamless execution of events

Requirements:

• MUST BE 18 YEARS OF AGE
• 1 year of restaurant or catering experience
• Must have experience working weddings
• SERVE SAFE FOOD HANDLER CERTIFIED
• ALCOHOL HANDLER CERTIFIED
• Reliable work ethic and schedule
• White Bistro and Black Bistro Uniform. (We will ask for proof of uniform.)
  • Including Long Khaki Pants
• Reliable transportation
